This Book is about, When Bindusara’s son Ashoka was appointed as the governor of Ujjain, Pataliputra and Ujjain’s important stopover Besnagar were associated with Prince Ashoka and later with Shresthi’s daughter Devi and later Kakanadbot hill is glorified till date with the remains of Buddha as well as the remains of Sariputra, Mahamodgalyana, Kodini, Kodinputra, Gotiputra, Majjhim, Kakanav, Bhanduk, Subhit, Vachi Suvijayat, Mogaliputta, Vachiputra, which have been illuminating the entire region with the torch of Sanchi peace for the last 2300 years. Many kingdoms have come and gone but the remains are still protected by the stupas.
